Home Visitation | Self-Referrals are welcome. This is a voluntary program for any parents who require immediate support for their children aged 0-6 years of age.

If you are a parent within the Edmonton region and you are experiencing significant adversity or require immediate social or cultural supports. We are more than happy to help support you.


This Early intervention and prevention program will help you prevent, reduce or eliminate behaviors that may put families or children at risk.

The Intake Process

The Intake can be completed over the phone or in person. We accommodate you at your personal comfort zone.


Once you have met all The requirements:

The home visitor assigned to you, will complete a file for you and set up your first home visit and services will begin immediately.


No Commitment Required:

This is a voluntary program and services can be extended , amended or dismissed at any time. The family has complete control over how much involvement they require. Services are based on the family’s personal needs at any given time.
